We grow heritage varieties of rice and pulses using traditional methods. We rotate our fields, compost back into the soil, and let our crops mature at their own pace — never rushed by chemicals.
Our flours are freshly milled at the farm only after you order. Our chilies are grown, sun-dried, and powdered on-site. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
